Welcome! I’m Achia Pervin Ali Shampa

As a Nutritionist, my goal is to help you feel and look your best. I don’t believe in diets or quick fixes. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle, which requires you to get educated, and learn how to make healthy choices.

The world of health & nutrition can be confusing. There are a lot of mixed messages out there when it comes to health: low fat, low calories, sugar-free, low-carb, gluten-free…leaving you confused, frustrated, and wondering where to start. That’s where I come in.

I am experienced working with Top class celebrities who are famous in Bangladeshi Media.

I have joined various programs as a speaker, joined many health Campaign and consulted many people. Most importantly, I keep all the records of my patients & I am very happy to let you know that I have consulted more than 2000 patients.

I do not believe in short cut activates I do hear my patients, their problems, their life styles everything then I help them.   

I always emphasize on balanced diet, which is fundamental to achieve any kind of health goal. 

I’m dedicated to working closely with my patients to teach & motivate them to make healthy choices, discuss healthy living strategies and create customized nutrition programs that fit with their life.
